Offshore outsourcing is not a new business to us; it has been with us and continually fine-tuned for over 20 years.

At the time of creating Teksels at Geneva in 1988, Chand Kaul, Founder and Managing Director of Teksels, perceived that customer in-house resources alone could not meet the challenges of changing business and technological cycles. Solutions would come from multi-location teams, onsite and offshore.

Going forward, quality would become even more important, so would "time to market". Being an early bird in what was then a brand new market, quality was, and still remains, an absolute necessity. And this is precisely why the emphasis on quality at Teksels remains so high.

Teksels has been very successful in delivering high quality software solutions to its customers. The right insight into business and technology strategies helped Teksels create business opportunities gain domain knowledge, create products and implement solutions in the ever-changing market place.

Teksels' innovative solutions, quick delivery and quality processes, ensured client delight as evidenced by the repeat business from existing clients. Today, Teksels solutions cover the five continents.

Chand Kaul, founder and managing director of Teksels has in-depth experience of the Swiss, European, and worldwide marketplace.

A graduate of the Sheffield University in England, Chand worked for U.K., Swiss and American companies before founding Teksels. He was also the European Marketing Director of Caterpillar Information Services, a software solutions company, which served clients worldwide.
